Self Drilling/Tapping Screws

Self Tapping and Drilling screws are used in wide variety of applications.

Self Tapping screws are used in Wood & Metals works. Majorly Drywall Screws widely used which are Fine Threaded for Steel works & Coarse Threaded for Wood works. Hekko’s Drywall screws are dedicated for high precision Gypsum Board or Ceiling works with a metal channel thickness of 0.5 – 1 mm.

• Drive Depth : 2.5 -3 mm

• Surface Treatment : Black / Gray / Nickel ( as per customer demands)

Self Drilling screws can be identified by the drill bit-shaped point of the screw and are designed for various applications, such as fastening metal to metal. The variety of heads are BUGLE HEAD, BUTTON HEAD, COUNTERSUNK (CSK) HEAD WITH RIBS (NIBS) & WITHOUT NIBS, FLAT HEAD, HEX FLANGE HEAD, PAN HEAD, WAFER HEAD.

All the screws are available in 3.5(#6) ,4.2 (#8) ,4.8 (#10) mm with lengths of 13mm to 75mm.
